About this blog

This blog began as somewhere for me to write about learning and teaching in Higher Education, and it retains that function. However, eagle-eyed readers will have also noticed a shift in its content and authorship.

A range of the blog posts are now co-authored, and I have been lucky enough to work recently with two friends and colleagues Dr Ros O’Leary, and Dr Nicola Rivers. Not only has working with others helped me overcome my natural sloth, but there seems to be something both productive and important (in terms of working with others in your area, not competing with them) that I am just getting a sense of. The blog here will feature more collaborative work, and will also become, I hope, a platform for guest blog posts, by those who share the pedagogical ethos (or a critique of it) that has began to emerge through these posts.
